Pythia at Delphi didn\u2019t tell you what <em>would<\/em> happen; she revealed what <em>could<\/em> happen.<\/p><p>Her oracles were the ultimate <strong>Quantum Superposition<\/strong>: &#8220;You shall go you shall return not in war shall you perish.&#8221; The prophecy contained both life and death at the same time. Reality remained &#8220;blurred&#8221; and open, just like an electron before it is measured.<\/p><p>Who determined the outcome? <strong>The Observer.<\/strong> The general listening to the oracle was the one who, through his decision (the measurement), forced the probability to collapse into a specific event.
