Self-knowledge is the bedrock of all learning and responsible freedom.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>\u00ab\u039c\u03b7\u03b4\u1f72\u03bd \u1f04\u03b3\u03b1\u03bd.\u00bb<\/strong><ul><li><strong>Insight:<\/strong> Nothing in excess. Power lies in balance. Even &#8220;good&#8221; becomes distorted when it turns into an extreme.
