Sweet. But i still don’t get it.

Einstein told us that matter and energy are the same thing, just in a different form. Matter is “condensed” energy.

Why is this important? Because since c (light) is an enormous number, it means that within even a minimal amount of matter (e.g., in a potato!), an ocean of energy is hidden.

This is the meaning: Everything depends on where you stand and how you move.
